INSERT into image failed L119

I get this error when trying to upload a new picture to my private gallery (this is why I don't give the link here).

What OS are you using? Windows 2000
Which browser? Internet Explorer 6.0
What have you tried? Uploading different images
Is the problem just today or for several days? Today
Did you dump your cache and reload the page? Yes, it worked once and the problem came back.
