If you mean your profilr portrait - select the image you want, go into edit image page, just under the thumb there is a blue title "Click here to make this image your profile page portrait" click on it and you are done!

If you mean the gallery tittle - go into the gallery edit page, and on the same line as the thumb you want on the left there is a blue "represent" click on that.
