Why I can't edit my gallery

In one of my gallery :

It should include 4 photos. But when I check this album, it only has 3 on the main page. Instead, if I click further into one of the photos, I can see the complete 4 photos (it is not same behavior as my other galleries).

I tried to edit this gallery and brought the 4th photo to the main page but I can't access to this gallery's edit page.

Can someone help pls.

I see 4 photos. It sounds like you need to dump your cache and reload the new page.

hitting the browser refresh button while holding down CTRL helps refresh the page not from the cache
