About the pricing policy

Hi,
I am about to upgrade my account.
Sorry I am alittle confused about the pricing policy.

Now the pricing is 23USD for 100mb, 60 USD for 300mb,both for one year membership.

that's say,
If I upgrade to 100mb first(and paid 23USD, of course) on Jan,1,2004
but I found I need to upgrade to 300mb after three month,
what's the situation will be?
Will I only need to pay 37 USD(60usd-23usd= 37usd) to get extra 200 mb?
and when will my membership due? jan,1,2005 or mar,1,2005?

I THINK, your expiry date will be Jan 1, 2005. Imagine that, everyone purchase 100MB first for half year, then "UPGRADE" to 300MB to get one more year, that's mean, totally $60 USD for 1.5 year (300M)..... then the $60 USD for 1 year will be meaningless.
