Has anyone else been unable to upgrade their membership?

I tried twice today to upgrade from being a free member(which I have been since 1/26/03)to actually paying $43 for 200megs of space. Anyway, each time I was logged in, went through all the steps pressed the "submit" button and was told that it could not be completed because I was not logged in. I would really like to upload more pictures and pay this site. Anyone else have this problem?

beacuase he got in right before the massive changes started happening( if my memory serves me correctly about the timeline). Just because he has been here for a while doesn't mean he was able to upload and use pbase featuers.
