Storage Problem

I have applied 2 photos album here . I have put about 120 pics in my first album , it used around 9M . But i have put 40 pics in my second album , and the system said my ablum have full already , and it used around 12M. Indeed all the pics is in the same size ..so i really dun understand ..
CAn any one plz help!
