I have tried using the search function to go to this photo:

and no matter what key-words I use I can't get to it.
Do I have it set up wrong?

For the link you gave to work you need to have .jpeg at the end of the image number like http://www.pbase.com/image/22536644.jpeg

As far as coming up in searches it takes time for the database to be updated.
