The dreaded Red X on office PC

A friend of mine has just started useing Pbase on my recomendation.
He has created a couple of galleries and everything is ok on his PC at home, but when he tries to view the same galleries on his work Pc (which is networked and filltered) all he gets is the RED X in the box, and no pictures. Any answers please.

Couple of things to check:

1. Is he using a personal firewall like Zone Alarm? If so, he might have to tinker with the settings. Do check previous discussions on ZA. There was a post on how to prevent ZA creating havoc with pbase.

2. He is using Opera or Mozilla/Firebird as browser? If so, he will have to ticker with its settins also.

3. He is behind any blocking proxy server?

4. Is he using the same OS/browser at home and office? Any details?

Just relayed the answer, but I guess the fillters on the office network are the problem.
