How to have an animated thumbnail?

I have an animated GIF in one of my galleries, but the thumbnail for it does not move. Does anyone know what I need to do in order to have the thumbnail be animated too? Here is the file:

Educated guess - I don't think the thumbnail can be animated. Maybe you can convey that it is an animation using the image title?

The file of your image is quite large, and that's probably why it doesn't show as being animated. I have a small one that does show up on the thumbnail but a larger one doesn't.
