Hello TO All,

New to PBase and I have really been enjoying everyones pictures and galleries, but I have a question. Some of my pictures in my gallery have 4 sizes the image can be viewed as and more of my pictures only have small, medium, and original. My question is I don't know what I did to also have large on some pictures and to not be included in more pictures.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and Take Care,

Craig

This is how it works. When you upload an image to pbase, it tries to create three versions of the image (other than the original you uploaded) - small, medium and large. The dimension of small = 160 x scaled_height, that of medium = 400 x scaled_height and that of large = 800 x scaled_height.

If your originally uploaded image is only of the size 800 x some_value, there is no way pbase can make a large version of the image since large is same as the original (800 x some_value). Hence the "large" version is not produced.

Hope that clarifies things.

Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate the explanation. I had wondered if image size was responsible for that.

Thanks again, Take care,
