can i use my webpage storage space to store more photos and link that webpage to my pbase website. how?

I haven't tried this before but you can try to put the HTML codes inside the gallery description section to get this done. eg:

However note that you will lose all automatic layout feature that pbase provides and will have to do all layout yourself.
