Exporting file from Epson Stylus R220 printer?

I currently print direct onto CDs using the above printer, and I created the layout in Epson's Print on CD Software that came with that printer. I now want to have my CDs duplicated by an outside firm, and would like to export the 'artwork' to .jpeg but the Epson only allows the file to be saved as a .ec3 file. Anyone suggest a workaround?
