I hear people saying they stopped PaDing to pursue other photography projects, so I've decided to combine both: I have a project that'll train my macro/exposure compensation skills that'll consist of a daily episode. So having a project within a project is allowed in this wide world of Pad'ing?

So right! PAD has become an anything goes venture. And why not? You pay for your PAD subscription, so why not make the most of it?
