I have got 3 viruses in the forums since yesterday, the last right now.
Deleted automatically, not a very dangerous types.

Hi all it is thew JS/cisp trojan, low rick but a pain in the A$$ i have even had it pop up in thge meta gallery, makes me wonder if our recent spammer has had a hand in this, Slug and co should have it sorted pretty soon.

Are these unwanted pop ups and viruses happening as a result of all the SPAM and wieredos posting their insults and drivvel? Are they doing it?
Can we block these people?

I recommend that everyone download and use Firefox at http://www.spreadfirefox.com -- you'll never see another popup again, along with many other advantages.

Just my $.02 of course :-)

dittoing twalker, I have firefox and although it's not perfect, I have had no popups. It's certainly much better than IE! :shock:

Last week suddenly a pornsite popped up and with it came a Trojen which was trying to worm itself through my system. I was able to have fixed, but to say the least, it sucked.
