Weekly Informal Challenge number 135 is "Head On"

Simply make sure you use the sun in front of you. Go "head on" into the sun. Use it to you advantage. Experiment with flare, back lighting, silhouetting, etc.

Clarification... the light source should be forward of your lens. I know the Sun can hide for extended periods.
