I've run into this problem, and I think that as long as you copy or move that file on the same day as you upload, it will show up in the meta gallery, but you can't move something that's been sitting in another gallery for a few weeks and have it show up.

Interesting.... so, if you upload to one of your non-PAD galleries and then move it to your PAD gallery, it won't show up in the pBase PAD gallery? Is that correct?

It is sensitive to the date that you do your first upload of a particular image to any gallery. In other words, if you upload to Gallery "A" on 6/12/2004 and link it to your PaD gallery, it will show up in the PaD for 6/12.
