A real reflection today

I had the WORST service ever at the car dealership today. I had my truck in for a simple emissions inspection (it's the law) and had an appointment at 10 a.m. At 5:30 p.m., I still didn't have my truck. I took off a day from work to get this done because it has to be done Monday - Friday. I finally got home at 7 p.m. I was MAD for being held hostage.
