State Opera House one of the most prominent of the historic buildings along Andrássy Avenue, it was designed by Miklós Ybl. Erected between 1875 and 1884, this Eclectic, Neo-Renaissance style building is, even on an international scale, an outstanding creation for its time – both in the terms of its exterior, and its interior decoration. Its auditorium is one of the most attractive in Europe, and its acoustics are first-class.

Day 5 - Today's photo was tricky to convert. I'm not overly pleased with the final version but am not skilled enough to figure out what else to do...Back to the drawing board!
