Recently visited my favorite bookstore... Half-Price Books, and found another cookbook to add to my collection. We are always trying new recipes, so I tried this Indian Spinach Salad with a chutney and curry dressing. I tend to like salads with a sweet and sour dressing and this was delicious!

29. Seasonal Changes; http://www.pbase.com/image/128933707/medium Our shrubbery and trees are beginning to change their coats. These shrubs are at the County Building, across the street from the courthouse. I loved the rich red color they donned over the week.
