Another Old/New thing, this time from Liverpool.
The main building is the new River Mersey Control Room, still under construction. They just admitted last week that they built it in contravention of Planning Regulations, it blocks the protected Mersey view of an old existing office building. They had to pay nearly half a million pounds to the owners of the old building!
