Yeah, I'm with you..not sure I understand. I'm taking this literally for now but really not sure what they mean. Bev or Lee, can you clarify? I'm thinking a lot of folks are going to putting up pics of white shirts with blue collars. Not sure I am understanding properly.

I read the article but still don't understand. Am I looking for bluecollar workers? Evidence of labor unions? Sorry... But this doesn't leave a lot to interpretation (in my small mind).

well interpret it as you like...thats the idea of a challenge...literally a white shirt with a blue collare orrrr a white shirt and a blue collar, separately...someone in a a white shirt or someone with a blue collar...
