One quick question... why does nobody post the actual image rather than the link? Even posting the small or medium image as the topic at the top of this forum says. I'm guessing it's so the page loads quicker but it takes a long time to click on every link.

It does load quicker, takes the same amount of time to go load from a thumb here or a link.. and IMHO the curosity of TITC is everyone who posts should be going to look and post comments on others work anyway, so why slow down the forum posting images? just my own answer to your question

The PAD and Thurs. Challenges are designed to be interactive. If the medium size image was put up, the tendency is just to look and not make comments on the image. Often a small thumbnail will be put up which is nice especially if that image is used in both the Thurs. Challenge and the PAD...so participants know if they have seen it and commented on it.
