breakdown in the communucation
I believe this will communicate what our esteemed colleagues Lee & Bev had intended:communication
1. a giving of information or news by speaking or writing.
Ex. People who are deaf often use sign language as a means of communication. One of the main functions of the arts as communication is to reinforce belief, custom, and values (Beals and Hoijer).
2. a letter, message, information, or news given.
Ex. Your communication came in time to change all my plans.
3. a means of going from one to the other; passage; connection.
Ex. There is no communication between these two rooms.
4. the act or fact of passing along; transfer.
a. a system of communicating by telephone, telegraph, radio, television, and computers.
Ex. A network of communications links all parts of the civilized world.
b. system of routes or facilities for transporting military supplies, vehicles, and troops.
Ex. The enemy bombers tried to break up our line of communications.
c. the study of giving information and entertainment by talking or writing, by magazine and newspaper, by radio, television, or computers. Communications includes the study of writing clearly.
