December Challenge: Alphabet Soup

How about a little Alphabet Soup to keep us warm in December?

On December 1 look for a photo of something that starts with "A" or looks like an "A".

On Dec 2 look for "B" and so on with the new letter for each day.

From the 27th to 31st you choose which letter best suits you for that day...just describe which letter it goes to. :)

At first I thought it had to be something that looked just like the letter and that would be a very challenging PAD, but do like that it can be an object, something that starts with the letter... so guess can start with an ant and end up with a zebra.... A little less time consuming as far as trying to find a song and video... I may participate if I have time...so far December looks like a slow month for work as has the past year...

I did one of these for my March 2006 pad - only to make things harder I decided that I would try to meet both criteria - starts with the letter AND looks like the letter.

It was great fun but harder than I expected

Perhaps it's time for me to do another...

Count me in. Haven't done a monthly challenge before, and this one sounds like a lot of fun.

Best Wishes,

Walter

P.S. As an extra challenge all of my entries will have to do with food and drink!

Count me in. Thanks, Laine, for giving me the link to this thread. I posted a response already, but apparently hit "save" instead of "submit" and now I can't find it!

Anyway, this is a great challenge for me, because it will be a great way to help me learn my way around my new beast, the 50D. Might even do it in black and white as a point/counterpoint to all the wonderful colors of the season.

Here's my gallery for the last Alphabet challenge: http://www.pbase.com/digitalgee/alphabet I did foods.

And here's a month of black and white I did a while back: http://www.pbase.com/digitalgee/feb2006

Now, let's see if I can hit "submit" instead of "save" ......... :D
