Hi Everyone..

I'm Karen Stuebing and I'm new to PaD. I love it. It's making me use my camera and I'm learning so much from the photos on the gallery.

:D Good idea. Jeff Engle here... jengle on the site. http://www.pbase.com/jengle. Started my PaD on the 1st of January. I've been 'into' photography for about 30 years - amateur - sometimes serious, sometimes not. I got my first digital camera - a refurbished 1 Megapixal about a year ago just to take pictures of my woodworking http://www.pbase.com/jengle/gbwoodworking. Then I bought 2 more for each of my daughters and for our vacation last year we only used digital. 1 two Megapixal camera and 2 one Megapixal cameras. I was impressed, so bought a 5.2 Megapixal in November. 2300 shots later I can say I'm back into the 'serious' amateur category again. PaD has certainly been more of a challenge than I thought it would be. I'm also scanning in all of my old photos... into the 1980's now!

PAD

Post Thu Mar 11, 2004 3:16 am

My name in Jacquie and I am a PAD oholic! I started 7/16/2003 and am seriously running out of subjects! :?

I can't wait until 7/16/2004...but then I won't know what to do with myself so I will prob still carry my camera with me everywhere I go.

I am here all the time too...and it doesn't just LOOK like I have no life I really don't! :x

I hate being inside when I could be driving around scavenging for PAD shots.

Good Luck to you all!!! :)

Hello fellow PaDdicts!!

Bill and Bear here!!

Love the pictures of fellow PaD photogs!
And we love looking for a shot every day, resets every morning,
not happy with today's, just look ahead to the next day.

Also, as a unexpected bonus, it gives a pointer to events or
emotions from that day, much more instantaneous and visceral
than text alone.

Big Kudos to Slug and team for the PaD page and forum, woohoo!
