Digi superzoom in India

Help! I've had a disaster - I'm two months into a year travelling and my Sigma 18-250mm lens has died on me - absolutely gutted.

I'm currently in Madhya Pradesh, India, and wondered whether anyone knows of any trustworthy places to buy. I've got a Fuji S3pro, which is Nikon fit, and want to get a Nikon 18-200mm or similar. I know that at home (UK) the latest models can be hard to come by, so if anyone knows of any well-stocked dealers, that aren't going to totally rip me off, I'd be very pleased to hear about them.

Any ideas whether the prices here would be similar to those at home?

I'm willing to travel to get a lens - I've even considered flying to Singapore or somewhere, although that would change my plans beyond recognition.

I feel bereft at the moment, so any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

SerenaB

The Sigma 18-200 gets better ratings than the Nikon and it is cheaper, I love mine!

Sigma's are for people with Sony camera's who arent able to buy nice Nikkor glass and tell the whole world to buy em.
